a. Social Media Page Denies Uploading Content
If a social media page that you have engaged through Elevatsy denies uploading your video(s) as per the agreed-upon deal, you are eligible for a refund.
b. Violation of Deal Terms
If a social media page violates any of the terms agreed upon in the promotional deal, you are eligible for a refund.
c. Charge by mistake
If you believe a charge was made in error or you wish to dispute a charge, please contact us at contact@elevatsy.com before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks can lead to additional fees and may result in the suspension of your account until the issue is resolved.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Submit your refund request within 14 days from the date of the deal or the expected upload date of the video(s).
- Provide evidence of the denial or violation by the social media page, such as communication logs or screenshots.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your account details, the details of the social media page involved, and any relevant evidence of the denial or violation.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund within 7-10 business days.
4. Exceptions
Please note that refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- If the 14-day refund period has passed.
- If the denial or violation is due to your failure to comply with the terms of the deal or Elevatsy’s policies.
- If the content submitted for promotion violates any social media platform’s community guidelines, terms of service, or legal requirements.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, and your continued use of the Site and services following such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new policy.
